Esha Anand

Office Coordinator

BSc

Esha’s appreciation for Canada’s landscapes took root when she was just seven years old, traveling with her father—an immigrant from India—through the awe-inspiring vistas of Banff and Jasper, Alberta. As she gazed up at snow-capped peaks and clear turquoise lakes, she knew early on that she wanted to help protect the country’s natural treasures.

Esha earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern British Columbia, specializing in GIS and aquatic science. Though life’s currents briefly steered her into the financial industry, she eventually returned to her environmental roots, completing a graduate certificate in Ocean Technology in Nova Scotia and working with the Federal Government of Canada on wildfire response projects. Now at Frontera, she’s found the perfect place to combine her organizational skills, background in project coordination, and genuine love of nature—whether it’s supporting essential workflows or helping ensure communities stay resilient.

When she’s not in the office, Esha loves exploring new countries, savoring different cuisines, and diving deeper into health, wellness, and spirituality. Her journey reflects a deep respect for nature, a dedication to continuous learning, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the landscapes she holds dear.
