Holden Payne

Holden is the Wildfire Analyst at Frontera. He has been working on wildfire behaviour modeling and wildfire hazard and risk assessments for 2 years.

Holden is acutely interested in improving methods to predict fire behaviour, including the use of advanced stand level fire behaviour models and using large fire simulators to predict fire risk.

Holden has a background in research working on disturbance regime interactions between fire and biotic outbreaks and is interested in fire as a management tool to drive silvicultural operations.
